How to: Save a copy of an object with a new name in the existing database.
Solution:
Select the desired object, use the 'Save As/Export...' command in the 'File' menu, select the 'Within the current database as' radio button, then type a name for the copy'.
NOTE: To customize an existing object, it is better to save a copy of the object with a different name and then modify the copy.
1) Open the desired database.
2) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
3) Click appropriate tab.
4) Select the desired object from the list. (The object is highlighted.)
5) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As/Export...'. (The Save As... dialog box appears.)
6) Select the 'Within the current database as' radio button to save a copy of an object in the existing database.

7) Type a new name for the copy of the object in the 'New Name' box.
8) Click 'OK'. (The copy appears in the Database window.)
